Student Leadership
Leadership at St. Paul is not reserved for a select few. Leadership at St. Paul is an opportunity for every student to learn how to serve, influence, and care for others.
We believe leadership begins with character. Long before students hold a title or take on a formal role, they are learning how to make responsible choices, encourage their peers, demonstrate integrity, and contribute positively to their community.
Through intentional opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, students are encouraged to develop confidence, responsibility, and a servant-hearted approach to leadership rooted in Christ.
How we Lead
Learning to Lead Through Service
At St. Paul, leadership is viewed as an opportunity to serve rather than a position to attain.
Students are encouraged to look beyond themselves, recognize the needs of others, and use their gifts to make a positive impact. Whether helping younger students, serving within chapel families, assisting with school events, or participating in service projects, students learn that true leadership begins with humility and compassion.
Growing in Responsibility
As students progress through the grade levels, they are given increasing opportunities to take ownership of their learning, actions, and contributions to the school community.
These experiences help students develop confidence, accountability, communication skills, and decision-making abilities that prepare them for future leadership opportunities both in high school and beyond.
Leading With Purpose
Our goal is not simply to develop capable students but it is to help shape young people who lead with integrity, wisdom, and faith.
By encouraging students to see leadership as an extension of their Christian faith, we help them understand that their influence can be used to serve others, strengthen relationships, and reflect Christ in meaningful ways.
